another one

I got to play with Photoshop a bit more yesterday while E was sleeping in between coughing and crying. I'm going through some lessons on teaching me different design layouts, etc. and on this particular scrapbooking page I had a bit of a difficult time with it. I hope it turned out OK to other people's eyes. I'm still not quite sure how I feel about it- so I saved it in my files so I could come back in a few days and tweak it if I so choose. Anyway, enjoy!

EEEEEE! I LOVE it. I need a serious tutorial, girl. Part of the reason I am keeping a blog is so that at the end of the year I can print it out and have a hardbound journal of the year to sit down and look at for us and posterity. I LOVE the scrapbook pages you've been doing and that is seriously the ONLY way I could ever "scrapbook." I can't sit down and try to do that stuff by hand. SO I have to know how you're doing it on the computer!! Are you doing that all with Adobe Elements?? I mean, I know the colors and shading, etc. are, but how are you doing the layouts?? Kizi has been bugging me to do a book just of her (narcissistic a little, eh? lol...) and she would be over the moon for the kind of stuff you're doing. Okay... so we need to talk, girl! Hey, I think Andrea is going to start organizing once a week luncheons... although probably not great when you're teaching... but also like a once a month girls' night. Wanna come? She or I will keep you posted... HUGS.
